Only what you send through the enquiry and sample forms:

• your name, company and role
• your email address and phone number
• the project details and message you write
• any drawings you attach

We also keep a one-way code made from your internet connection, so we can recognise repeated spam without storing the connection address itself.

To answer your enquiry, prepare samples and quotations, and follow up on the project or order you asked about. Each enquiry is saved in the website’s own database and emailed to our team. You receive a confirmation email that repeats nothing you wrote.

Files you attach are stored privately on our server. They are not published and can only be opened by our staff.

The public website sets no cookies. "Get directions" opens Google Maps and "Message on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp; their own privacy terms apply there.

We keep an enquiry while it is useful for the project or order it concerns. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@binharkil.com.
